Accounts & Payroll Executive

๐Ÿ“Š Experience: 2+ years in Accounts Management (preferably in Accounting & Payroll)
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Role: Full-time | On-site
๐Ÿ•’ Shift: UK Shift (12:30 pm – 9:30 pm)

๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording sales, purchases, bank transactions, petty cash expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records in accounting software.

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.

  • Conduct bank, supplier, and ledger reconciliations, and perform month-end closing activities for clients.

  • Manage UK VAT returns, year-end accounts preparation, and statutory filings for UK-based clients.

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and in compliance with client requirements.

  • Record and monitor transactions related to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital expenditure, and finance costs, ensuring correct nominal ledger coding.

  • Generate financial, operational, and ad-hoc reports, and prepare supporting documentation required for banking and other business processes.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant accounting services while responding to client and internal financial information requests.


๐ŸŒŸ What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
