Operations Manager
📊 Experience: 5+ years in Team Management (preferably in Accounting & Payroll)
👥 Role: Full-time | On-site
📍 Location: NIBM Road, Pune
🕒 Shift: UK Shift (12:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the operations team through effective KPIs and training initiatives
• Streamline workflows and implement process improvements across all service lines
• Ensure timely and accurate client service delivery and compliance with UK regulations (HMRC, GDPR, AML, IR35)
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and technology integration (Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and HR to align business and operational goals
